The Goldie Initiative Expands to Northeast USA

The Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative, also known as The Goldie Initiative, is a nonprofit dedicated to preparing women for leadership roles in commercial real estate. Established in 2007, it focuses primarily on the Midwest.

The organization recently explored expanding its program into the Northeastern United States. CEO Megan Abraham visited New York City in November 2023 to support Goldie Scholars in the region, connect with alumnae, and engage potential mentors. An event featured a panel discussion with female real estate leaders.

The organization’s goal is to provide women in the Northeast with the resources and opportunities needed to excel in the commercial real estate industry. In 2024, The Goldie Initiative plans to launch the next phase of its expansion in the region.
