The Goldie Initiative Expands National Mentor Network

The Goldie Initiative has announced its 44 volunteer mentors for the 2025–2026 program year.

The Goldie Initiative offers practical, hands-on training and experience, including an executive mentor program. The program matches each Goldie Scholar with a seasoned real estate professional to provide guidance for personal and professional growth.

The 44 mentors for the 2025–26 program year represent leading organizations across the commercial real estate landscape, including BGO, Cushman & Wakefield, Farpoint Development, Golub & Company, Heitman, Hines, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Logistics Property Company, Luxury Living, Merchants Capital, Pearlmark, PGIM Real Estate, Siegel Jennings Co. L.P.A., and more.

This year, 20 new mentors joined the program from commercial real estate sub-industries, including investor relations, affordable development, luxury retail, investment banking, and private equity. These new mentors are primarily from the organization’s expansion cities, including New York, Boston, and Washington, D.C. This year’s group also includes five Goldie Alumnae who have returned as mentors.
