The Goddard School Picks Linthicum for New Early Childhood Edu Center

Sandra and Ken Julian, franchise owners of The Goddard School, have chosen BWI Tech Park in Linthicum, Maryland, as the location for their new early childhood education center. The Julians signed a lease with St. John Properties for 12,000 square feet of space at 505 Progress Drive, and expect to open by the end of 2023.

This will be the Julians’ second franchised location, with their first being The Goddard School of Pasadena. The new school will feature 11 classrooms, an indoor gym, outdoor learning areas, multiple playgrounds, and advanced filtration and sanitization equipment. It’s expected to serve over 150 children and add around 40 teaching jobs to the community.

Lacey Johansson of St. John Properties represented the landlord and David Fritz of KLNB represented the tenant in this transaction.
