The Feil Organization Inks 7K-SF Midtown Lease

The Feil Organization has secured a lease with BOND Civil & Utility Construction for 7,364 square feet of space at 551 Fifth Avenue in Midtown. The lease, spanning seven years, will serve as BOND’s New York City headquarters and features three private outdoor terraces and a wraparound terrace on Fifth Avenue.

The Feil Organization was represented in house by Andrew Wiener, Kevin Driscoll, and Henry Korzec. BOND was represented by Martin Cottingham, Patrick Steffens, and Alexis Odgers of Avison Young.

The building, also known as the Fred F. French building, is an Art Deco skyscraper in Midtown.
