The Feil Organization and Marsh & McClennan Agency Announce Long-Term Lease at Causeway Plaza

The Feil Organization announced Fortune 500 insurance brokerage and professional services firm Marsh & McClennan Agency signed a new 10-year lease for 12,146 square feet on the third floor at Causeway Plaza in Metarie, LA.

Causeway Plaza is located in the heart of the Metairie Commercial Business District at 3300 W. Esplanade Ave. The office park is home to three buildings with more than 335,000 square feet of premier office space, a top-tier onsite management team, sundry shop, abundant parking and quick access onto Causeway Boulevard for travel to and from New Orleans and across the region. With suites ranging from 745 to 12,147 square feet in size, Causeway Plaza is designed to accommodate a wide range of tenants across various market segments. 

Greg Riera of Jones Lang LaSalle brokerage represented Marsh McClennan in the transaction and Scott Graf of Corporate Realty represented the Feil Organization.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
