Boston-based The Fallon Company and JV partner Barings have completed their first mixed-use project in the Raleigh, NC market. The 19-story Class A office tower, 301 Hillsborough, features 280,000 square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail in the center of Raleigh’s downtown district.
The global headquarters of software firm Pendo and the Raleigh office of law firm Nelson Mullins have already completed lease agreements at the property.
301 Hillsborough includes a ninth-floor sky park, a bike concierge and storage, a modern fitness studio and a pedestrian-oriented streetscape. The Fallon Company has received Fitwel 2 Star certification for its commitment to workplace health and wellness and is pursuing LEED Gold certification for sustainability.
The property represents phase one of Raleigh Crossing, a mixed-use site with commercial and residential options, green spaces, parking, a diverse array of stores, bars, coffee shops and restaurants as well as Raleigh’s cultural ecosystem.
