The Californians Make Their Way to Midlothian for $7M Fresh Market Swap

Colliers has completed the sale of The Fresh Market in Midlothian, VA for $6.9 million. The 31,394 square foot property on Huguenot Road was acquired by CA-based 101 North A ST, LLC.

A Colliers team of Mark Williford, Will Bradley, Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the  CA-based seller, 1200 Huguenot Road, LLC.
