The Bulfinch Companies Lands Xenon Pharmaceuticals for 17K-SF at 117 Kendrick Street in Needham

An affiliate of commercial real estate and investment firm The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. has completed a new lease with Xenon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for 17,000 square feet at 117 Kendrick Street, a 213,000-square-foot office and lab building in Needham, MA.

Mark Roth, Brendan Daly, Matt Malatesta Brianna Piacitelli of Newmark represented The Bulfinch Companies. Ryan Romano, Ron Friedman and Perry Beal of CBRE represented Xenon Pharmaceuticals.

Xenon Pharmaceuticals is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company committed to developing innovative therapeutics to improve the lives of patients with neurological disorders, with a particular focus on epilepsy. The lease represents the Vancouver-based company’s new US headquarters.

Xenon will join current tenants at the 117 Kendrick Street property such as Candel Therapeutics, Verastem Oncology, Warner Bros. Games, Workbar, BBK Worldwide and C&W Services.
