The Brand Guild Expands to Georgetown with New Lease  

The Brand Guild has signed a 5-year lease in Washington D.C.’s Georgetown at 1056 Thomas Jefferson St. NW. Spanning 10,600 square feet, the renovated space boasts coworking areas, offices, a full kitchen, and conference spaces.  

The Brand Guild, a local PR firm with a revenue of $7.6 million in 2022, represents brands like Levain Bakery, Sweetgreen, SoFi, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Hoffman & Associates, and Brookfield Properties. 

Rob Gray of Divaris Real Estate, facilitated the lease. “This lease represents not only a significant step for The Brand Guild in expanding their operations but also signifies the growing appeal of Georgetown as a destination for innovative companies,” said Gray.
