The BR Companies, 635 Holdings Partner to Expand Midwest Development

The BR Companies, a national construction, healthcare, finance, energy, and integrated project company, is extending its footprint into the markets of the Midwest.

The BR Companies will enter a strategic partnership with 635 Holdings, a Kansas City, Missouri-based private investment firm led by sports executive Robb Heineman. The partnership combines the development and construction expertise of The BR Companies with the sports and project finance proficiency of 635 Holdings. The strategic alliance was made in response to the growing opportunities in the Midwest and to amplify the resources and experience of both companies.

The projects under the partnership will focus on sports and entertainment, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments, promising to deliver a distinctive blend of expertise and innovation to the region. Several initiatives are already underway, including the STAR Bond development in rural Kansas, a multi-use high-rise project in downtown Kansas City, and several golf and lifestyle ventures nationwide.

There’s still time to register for the Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 event on March 5 at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to sign up.
