The Boulos Company Installs Brokerage Team into New Manchester Office
The Boulos Company has expanded its operation and added the brokerage team of Roger Dieker, Mike Tamposi, Chris Healey and Karen Gazzara to its new office at 650 Elm Street in Manchester, NH.
Roger Dieker will fill the role of managing broker and the Manchester team will be joining Boulos as a complete brokerage office after exiting a longstanding tenure at CBRE.
According to The Boulos Company, the move will enable the Manchester team to expand its service area to cover additional markets while giving The Boulos Company complete coverage throughout ME, NH and northern MA.
The Manchester team expects benefit from Boulos’s approach to recruiting. “We provide in-house training and mentoring to entry-level CRE sale and leasing professionals to develop them into fully credentialed brokers through our Associate Program” said Topher Stephenson, VP of operations and marketing for Boulos. “We’re looking forward to helping the Manchester team expand.”
