The Big Bean Coffee Shop Expands in Anne Arundel

The Big Bean, owned by Christie and Greg Coster, is expanding to I-97 Business Park in Millersville, MD. The new 1,762 square feet location, set to open next spring, will be their third in Anne Arundel County.

Known for specialty drinks and community focus, the Costers chose I-97 for its central proximity to their existing sites and for a warehouse. The space will feature an Italian-made bar and an outdoor patio. The site sits within a LEED Gold-certified building.

Eric Llewellyn of St. John Properties represented the landlord and John Rosso, Jr. of Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the tenant in this transaction.
