Bainbridge Midlothian’s construction represents multifamily real estate company’s first residential community in the Richmond market. The Bainbridge Companies currently has a property in Suffolk, VA, Bainbridge 3200.

Bainbridge Midlothian’s community amenities will include pool and sundeck, resident clubhouse with work-from-home spaces, resident lounge and fitness center, pickleball court, pet spa and outdoor amenities such as fire pit, fireplace, grilling stations,  dog park and wooded nature trail.

The multifamily community sits directly off Midlothian Turnpike for access to Downtown Richmond, I-288 and the numerous retail and shopping venues nearby. The site is located across from the Wegmans-anchored Stonehenge Village and is a short drive to Westchester Commons and Chesterfield Towne Center.
