The Apartment Source Opens Pre-Leasing for The Ivy in Uptown

The Apartment Source (TAS), a real estate firm specializing in multifamily real estate, has begun pre-leasing for TMG Management’s newly rehabbed apartment building, The Ivy, in Uptown Chicago.

“We are thrilled to be TMG Management’s exclusive leasing partner for this remarkable Uptown Chicago property. The building’s transformation is a testament to TMG’s commitment to delivering quality living spaces, ” said TAS President and Managing Broker Tyson Schutz.

Located at 941 West Carmen Avenue, The Ivy features 63 newly rehabbed apartments, which have undergone upgrades, including high-efficiency stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, and new Italian cabinetry. The property itself features an array of amenities, including a fitness center, bike room, and laundry room.

TMG acquired the property in May of 2022 and started a comprehensive renovation project to create a contemporary and comfortable living environment. The building is set to open its doors in early 2024.
