Thayer Street Partners Closes $275M Fund II

Thayer Street Partners Management, a private investment firm based in New York, has successfully closed its Thayer Street Partners Opportunity Fund II. The fund has received total capital commitments exceeding $275 million, surpassing its fundraising targets.

The new fund received support from existing investors from their debut fund, managed accounts, and co-investment vehicles. Fund II will focus on investing in resilient, recurring revenue businesses in the lower middle market.

“Based on the success of our first fund, we continue to implement a rigorous and disciplined investment strategy that seeks to focus on a small number of high-quality investments each year,” said Josh Koplewicz, founder and managing partner of Thayer Street. “Fund II will build on our approach of providing flexible capital solutions to support our partner companies’ growth objectives and foster shared long-term success.”
