There is a reason professional sports teams create entertainment districts around their home venue…they work. The Texas Rangers baseball team is a case in point. Cordish Cos. in partnership with the Texas Rangers, is building One Rangers Way, a 299-unit high-end apartment community in what’s called The Arlington Entertainment District.
