One Rangers Rental Project nearly leased up

Texas Rangers Apartment Venture Signing Up Tenants

There is a reason professional sports teams create entertainment districts around their home venue…they work. The Texas Rangers baseball team is a case in point. Cordish Cos. in partnership with the Texas Rangers, is building One Rangers Way, a 299-unit high-end apartment community in what’s called The Arlington Entertainment District. Even though the project is not slated for move-ins until December 2024, Cordish says they are pleased with the early interest. The property will offer 43,000 square feet of residential amenities and services, including:

  • An outdoor deck with green spaces.
  • An outdoor pool with a swim-up bar.
  • A fitness center.
  • A game lounge with billiards and ping-pong tables.
  • A 24/7 lobby attendant
  • A curated art collection based around baseball and the Texas Rangers.

Located 28 miles from downtown Dallas, the Arlington Entertainment District also includes the Choctaw Stadium sports venue, the Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, and the upcoming National Medal of Honor Museum.

Connect Texas Multifamily 2023 will take place on Aug. 22, 2023 at Virgin Hotel in Dallas. Click here for more information and to register.
