  • Merriman Anderson Architects (MAA)) is opening a new office in Fort Worth, Texas, at 2421 West 7th Street, Suite 320. MAA’s existing office locations include Dallas, Austin, Cincinnati, and Charlotte. The firm is responsible for projects of all types, including master-planned developments, urban housing, office buildings, corporate facilities, hotels, schools, and retail projects throughout the United States and internationally.
  • Design firm BKV Group has added Shaney Mullen, AIA, as Development Managing Partner for its Dallas practice site. An industry veteran with more than two decades of experience, Mullen will support BKV Group’s continued growth in the Sunbelt while also expanding the firm’s national hospitality platform.  
  • Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company announced that Mike Mrozek, has joined the company to lead its Property Management business nationally. Mr. Mrozek has more than 15 years of property management leadership experience, most recently serving as CBRE’s Chief Operating Officer for Americas Property Management. Mr. Mrozek, who is based Lincoln’s Dallas headquarters, was named Market Leader of the Year in 2018 at his former firm.
  • Houston-based PAGEWOOD announced the addition of Chief Technology Officer Venkat Kandru— a real estate technology professional focused on enterprise architecture, integrated solutions, data science, digital transformations, micro-services architecture, and Augmented Intelligence solutions. A 30+ year technology professional, Venkat Kandru brings knowledge of commercial real estate technology applications, data science, analytics, and prudent application of AI to decision support systems.
