- FCL Builders, LLC, an industrial and commercial design-builder and general contractor, announced Blake McClendon will lead its Houston, TX office as Director of Construction. The company’s Houston and Dallas/Ft. Worth offices manage a portfolio of industrial construction projects in the Southwest Region.
- Real estate advisory firm Citadel Partners LLC has expanded its Fort Worth team and relocated into an office in the city’s downtown. Citadel Partners expanded to a team of five and took 2,600 square feet in One City Place at 300 Throckmorton St. in downtown in July. Andy Goldston, Citadel’s market principal for Fort Worth, started the office in 2019. He recruited Cullen Donohue, Citadel’s market leader for project leasing, in January. Advisor Anna Lee Moore, associate advisor Wiley Green and sales and marketing coordinator Gisselle Galvan also joined in the past six months.
- SRS Real Estate Partners announced that Michael Kaplan has joined its Dallas-Fort Worth office as a Vice President focused on net lease and multi-tenant investment sales and project leasing of retail centers. In this role, he will work with the SRS Capital Markets team on the sale of unanchored strip centers and will also work as part of the DFW retail team, with a focus on project leasing. Kaplan brings more than 20 years of real estate, restaurant and hospitality experience.
- JLL added Jayme Schutt, Maggie Georgieva and Mike Allen to its offices in Dallas-Fort Worth. Returning to JLL after her most recent role at Stream Realty Partners, Jayme Schutt will serve as Senior Vice President of Workplace Strategy in the firm’s Dallas office. Maggie Georgieva will be a Senior General Manager in the company’s Fort Worth office, following nine years with JLL property management in London. Mike Allen, a former Assistant Vice President with Weitzman, will apply his robust project leasing experience to JLL’s retail team in Dallas as a Vice President.
- KTGY, a design firm focused on architecture, interior design, branded environments and urban design, acquired GDA Architects, a Dallas-based architectural firm specializing in high-rise residential, hospitality and industrial design.
