  • Furniture distributor, Four Hands secured a full-building lease at Airport Logistics Center Building 2 in Southeast Austin. At 570,000 square feet, JLL says the lease is the largest industrial deal in the market this year. JLL Ace Schlameus and Kyle McCulloch handle leasing onsite on behalf of the landlord, Dalfen Industrial. 
  • The NRP Group in partnership with PointOne Holdings and the Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC), started work on a 328-unit mixed-income multifamily development in Austin, Texas. Half of the units will be reserved for residents earning between 60 to 80 percent of the Area Median Income.
  • Leon Industrial will soon commence construction on the Riverbend East Industrial Park at 1900 Gravel Drive, Ft. Worth. Once completed, this Class A industrial park will consist of three buildings totaling over 290,000 sq ft.
  • MS Warehousing, a local freight management and warehousing provider, has pre-leased approximately 212,280 sq. ft. of warehousing space at First Liberty Logistics Center, a brand-new, Class A industrial development in Houston, Texas. The development just broke ground and is expected to be delivered in fall 2025.
  • Realterm and Alliance Industrial acquired a 19.76-acre parcel in Laredo, Texas. The Joint Venture, with Alliance as the development manager, plans to construct a 236,693-square-foot transload facility focused on cross-border operations.
