  • Hopewell Development and MBK Industrial Properties, a joint venture partnership, announced the sale of a 105,675-square-foot Class-A industrial building at 7810 Jetstar Drive within the Tristar Business Park in Irving, Texas.  Greg Cannon of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer, Blue Ocean TX Industrial, LLC, was represented by Mark Miller of NAI.
  • Ward Richmond joined  CBRE’s Dallas office as a Vice Chair with its Industrial & Logistics Occupier Leasing team. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Richmond brings proven expertise advising industrial occupiers on optimizing real estate portfolios and supply chain operations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. 
  • Cadence McShane Construction Company completed Kyle Technology Park Phase I, a three-building warehouse development for client TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. Totaling 75,000 square feet, Phase I of Kyle Technology Park is part of a larger master-planned industrial development. Each of the three buildings spans 25,000 square feet with a 35′ clear height and is designed to accommodate multiple tenants for a variety of warehouse and flex industrial uses.
  • CBRE appointed Frank McCafferty as Office Occupier Leasing Leader for U.S. and Canada, effective immediately. He is based in Dallas. In this role, McCafferty will lead CBRE’s Office Occupier business across the U.S. and Canada, with responsibility for driving growth, strengthening broker collaboration, and helping clients navigate evolving workplace and portfolio strategies. McCafferty has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning tenant representation, corporate services, strategic consulting, and development.
