- OHT Partners has named eight new principals. The eight new principals are: Real Estate Principals: Howell Beaver, Ben Browder, Chad Hallmark, and Jackson Simons, Principal and CFO: Stephen Bedell, Capital Markets Principal: David Godvin, Construction Principals: Matt Bratton and Thomas Terwilliger. The firm has developed or built approximately 60,000 units primarily in Texas.
- Trademark Property Co. added three leaders to its team, including Scott Elrod as Chief Financial Officer, Erick Klafter as Senior Vice President of Property and Asset Management, and Haas Sulheri as Director of Construction.
- KTGY completed Veranda Dellbrook, a single-family build-to-rent community in Hockley, Texas, developed in partnership with Empire Homes. Located within the Dellrose master-planned community, KTGY created a cottage-style community that blends the privacy of single-family living with the convenience of a highly amenitized neighborhood.
- Bell Partners purchased The Albee Apartments, a 355-unit apartment community in Frisco, Texas. The property was acquired on behalf of the Company’s Bell Value Add Fund VIII and will be renamed Bell Southstone Yards. Bell Partners now owns or manages 42 communities containing approximately 15,200 apartment homes across the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
- Whitestone REIT (NYSE: WSR), a neighborhood-focused owner and operator of open-air shopping centers in Texas and Arizona, today announced it has reached 99 percent occupancy at Promenade at Fulton Ranch in Chandler, Arizona, with the recent opening of Salon Suites. The occupancy number was achieved as a result of Whitestone’s repositioning of the asset, which began in early 2023.
