Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Shoppes at Kingsgate, a 156,343-square-foot, grocery-anchored neighborhood retail center located in Kingwood, a 14,000-acre master-planned community in Northeast Houston, Texas. Anchored by grocery store Aldi, Shoppes at Kingsgate was 95% occupied at the time of the sale.
Crockett Row, the mixed-use urban village in the heart Fort Worth’s cultural district, announced a new name for the development – Artisan Circle. In addition, a strategic plan to revitalize the property has been unveiled, including the addition of gathering spaces, enhanced wayfinding, updated signage and lighting and improved accessibility.
Ascendant Development, a luxury apartment and student housing investor, developer and general contractor, announced that it has completed construction on the 257-unit Haven at Mansfield, located at 269 N State Hwy 360 in Mansfield, TX. The project’s amenity suite includes a gourmet kitchen, interior garages, fitness center, yoga/spin room, game room, clubroom, expansive lobby, green paseo, and resort-style saltwater pool.
Buc-ee’s is adding new electric vehicle charging stations to its offerings. The companies said that Mercedes-Benz HPC North America LLC has already begun installing the premium EV charging hubs at several Buc-ee’s travel centers and plans to have 31 completed by the end of 2024. The hubs in some key markets are expected to open by the end of this year. Buc-ee’s declined to disclose the specific locations at this time.
