- Trademark Property Company (Trademark) hired Peter Cavazos as Vice President of Asset Management. Leveraging his extensive experience with Spirit Realty, RPT Realty, and Weitzman, Cavazos brings deep retail expertise and a strategic perspective. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Capital Markets for Dalfen Industrial where he was accountable for a $2.5 billion loan portfolio consisting of 46 loans on 144 properties.
- Newmark brought on Chris Wadley, one of the nation’s leading advisors of healthcare systems and medical real estate investors, as Vice Chairman. In his new role, Wadley will advise health systems and medical companies on their real estate management, strategy, construction and leasing, leveraging his deep knowledge of the medical industry and various property types. Wadley, based in Houston, Texas, most recently oversaw Healthcare and Life Sciences in the central U.S. for JLL.
- Suffolk hired Evan McKee as the new Chief Operating Officer for the company’s Dallas/Fort Worth team. Mr. McKee will focus on expanding Suffolk’s portfolio across commercial, higher education, institutional and healthcare projects. Mr. McKee joins Suffolk with extensive project experience and client relationships in the healthcare and higher education markets, as well as the life sciences, adaptive reuse, occupied renovation and general commercial sectors. Suffolk is currently managing the renovations at the University of Texas at Dallas Research Operations Center, as well as the DFW Terminal C Renovation project.
- Christopher “Tex” Cauthen has joined CP Group as Senior Vice President. He will be based in Dallas and lead CP Group’s acquisitions, developments, and operations in key Southwest markets, including Texas, Colorado, and Arizona. Cauthen joins CP Group from Harwood International in Dallas, where he served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets. During his tenure there, he closed $900 million in transactions and oversaw a portfolio of more than two million square feet of existing Class AA office space as well as a four-million-square-foot development pipeline. Previously, Cauthen also served as Executive Director and National Office Practices Leader at Cushman & Wakefield.
