  • Trammell Crow Company (TCC) hired Sean Wolff as a Senior Vice President in the Austin office. In this role, Sean will be responsible for sourcing and overseeing new development opportunities for High Street Residential (HSR), TCC’s residential subsidiary. Sean joins HSR from Slate Real Estate Partners in Austin, where he progressed to Managing Director.
  • NAI Robert Lynn is strengthening its presence in Houston with the hires of C.E. “Trey” Erwin III and Josh Carl, who will join the firm’s industrial team. Erwin joins as executive vice president, bringing more than two decades of experience in port-of-entry locations and industrial outdoor storage. Carl, as vice president, specializes in logistics real estate, particularly yards and distribution properties in port markets. Both Erwin and Carl came from Lee & Associates.
  • Outside the Lines, Inc. (OTL, Inc.) has expanded in the southwest with a new office in Arlington, Texas. OTL has a long history of designing, building and constructing large-scale entertainment-focused water features for commercial properties, as well as realistic rockwork and themed environments. To date, the firm has completed more than $30 million across the state of Texas. OTL designed the special effects show fountain at Texas Live!, the Nancy Best fountain at Klyde Warren Park, the 5.2-acre park in downtown Dallas, and the Illuvia fountain at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie.
  • Pfluger Architects recently promoted seven team members to senior-level positions, including the promotion of Dallas-based architect Chad Martin to Principal. Those promoted to Associate include Senior Project Architect Kent Brittain, AIA, ALEP, in San Antonio; Project Designer Hunter Bradshaw in Dallas; Senior Project Architect William Webb, AIA, in Austin; and Dr. David Young, Communications and Engagement Manager, in Dallas. Promotions to Senior Associate include Project Manager Heather Rule in Austin, and Senior Project Architect Matt Gvist, AIA, in Houston.
  • Circular Services celebrated the groundbreaking of its new state-of-the-art recycling facility in McKinney, Texas. The 120,000-square-foot, $61 million materials recovery facility (MRF) will serve McKinney, Frisco, and the surrounding Dallas metroplex area, enhancing recycling infrastructure and supporting local sustainability efforts.
