  • Blaine Sinclair has joined Lee & Associates as Director in its Houston office. In this role, Blaine will focus on expanding the firm’s leasing platform and growing the Houston office’s portfolio across the region’s major submarkets. He will represent landlords and investors. Blaine brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Lee & Associates.
  • JLL today announced two strategic leadership transitions in its San Antonio office: Jeff Miller has been appointed San Antonio Market Lead and Brian Kates has been chosen to head the firm’s Office Tenant Representation group. Both Miller and Kates have been with the firm for more than a decade and will apply their extensive knowledge of the industry to their expanded roles, further strengthening JLL’s presence in the San Antonio and South Texas region.
  • Stream Realty Partners announces that more than 53,000 square feet of new leases have been executed at The Towers at Westchase, a two-building Class A office campus located in Houston’s Westchase submarket. Most recently, a Houston-based construction firm leased 23,488 square feet at Towers at Westchase II. The tenant was represented by Bryant Lach and David Endelman of JLL. Additional leasing activity includes International Trip Planning Services (ITPS), which leased 16,900 square feet at Towers at Westchase II with representation by Travis Taylor of Lee & Associates, and Network Funding, which leased 12,750 square feet at Towers at Westchase I. 
  • The Signorelli Company announced five new lease agreements at Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney, Texas, bringing occupancy to 97% at the retail center. These additions total more than 11,000 square feet. Joining the more than 100 retailers and restaurants that make Valley Ranch Town Center one of the most active retail districts in Greater Houston include: Wells Fargo, Starbucks, Qargo Coffee, Nick the Greek, and Baskin-Robbins.
  • Northmarq promoted Jeffrey Erxleben to president of Capital Markets. In this expanded executive leadership role, he will oversee the company’s national debt, equity and investment sales platforms. During Erxleben’s 23-year tenure with Northmarq, he most recently served as president of its Debt & Equity platform, which spans the U.S. across more than 50 offices.
