- An industrial leasing team led by Brett Owens and John Brewer joined Cushman & Wakefield. Owens and Brewer, both Managing Directors, are joined by Riley Maxwell,Clayton Johnson, Jack Brewer and Sam Nelson. Since 2021, the Owens-Brewer team has closed industrial transactions on more than 12 million square feet.
- The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) appointed Maria Gomelsky as Chief Financial Officer. Gomelsky joined TDC in 2021 as Chief Accounting Officer. Gomelsky will oversee TDC’s financial strategy, capital planning, and treasury operations, supporting the company’s continued national expansion. With over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and capital markets, Gomelsky previously held senior finance roles at AIG and a publicly registered REIT before joining TDC.
- M2G Ventures launched its hospitality vertical to complement its existing investment strategies of acquiring, designing and developing infill industrial and mixed-use assets. The firm brought in veteran real estate investment executive Chris Hanrattie as Managing Director, Head of Hospitality, to lead the efforts. M2G will focus on hospitality projects where the company can implement its creative value-add strategies to drive RevPAR growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Basis Industrial held a ribbon cutting at its new Texas regional office located at 637 Presidential Drive in Richardson. Operated under the company’s in-house property management arm, BaySpace, the office serves as the central hub for Basis’s growing industrial footprint across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
- Pearlstone Partners announced a new strategic partnership with AvantStay, a leading luxury vacation rental brand, to collaborate on future hospitality and residential concepts. This partnership responds to evolving real estate and hospitality trends by offering a flexible ownership model with professional management and full-service amenities. Future projects will feature fully furnished residences with premium kitchen and home goods through Williams Sonoma—offering a true turnkey experience for both owners and guests.
