- Logistics Property Company (LogiPropCo) signed a full-building lease totaling 1,004,000 square feet at 114 Logistics Park in Justin, Texas, with a packaging company. The company closed on land for its newest Texas development, Bear Creek Logistics Park, earlier this year, with work underway on the first phase. Phase 1 will include two buildings: 144,000 square feet in Building A and 390,000 square feet in Building B. Both buildings are expected to deliver in early 2028.
- STAG Industrial, a real estate investment trust focused on owning single-tenant industrial properties across the US, has hired Ryan Grove as Vice President, Asset Management in Dallas, TX. He is responsible for the overall performance of a regional portfolio of institutional quality assets in Dallas and some markets in the Midwest/Southeast. Ryan was previously the Vice President of Real Estate Development for Ryan Companies. Executive search firm RETS Associates handled the search.
- The Dallas office market continued to build momentum through the first half of 2026, posting another quarter of positive absorption as companies continued to favor newer, high-quality office space, according to JLL‘s Dallas Office Market Dynamics and Statistics, Q2 2026 report. JLL reported that the market recorded 500,551 square feet of year-to-date net absorption through the end of the second quarter, another sign that demand is gradually returning despite ongoing economic uncertainty.
- Endeavor Real Estate Group, in partnership with Canyon Partners Real Estate, secured financing for Lucille, a new luxury multifamily tower in Uptown Dallas located at 2700 McKinney Avenue. Lender Helaba is providing construction financing. Endeavor anticipates construction will commence later this summer, with the community expected to open its doors to tenants in the fourth quarter of 2028.
