- Disney Investment Group (DIG) is pleased to announce it has brokered the sale of Towne Crossing, a 167,957-square-foot Kroger-anchored shopping center located in Mesquite, Texas, within the Dallas/Fort Worth MSA. Developed in 1985, Towne Crossing is 92% leased and features thirty (31) existing tenants including Kroger and Hertz. Kroger has operated at Towne Crossing since the center’s opening and recently executed an early, long-term lease extension. David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG exclusively represented the seller, PECO, and procured the buyer, Newport Capital Partners.
- Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of The Preserve at North Loop, a seven-building office campus totaling 218,689 rentable square feet in Houston. Keith Lloyd and Brad Mills marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Silver Star CRE. The property at 2010 N. Loop W. is situated on 12.4 acres and consists of seven buildings. Approximately 65% occupied at the time of sale, the office campus was originally built in 1970.
- Apricus Realty Capital acquired 11403 N. Houston Rosslyn Road, an 18.56-acre industrial outdoor storage property located in Northwest Houston. The property includes approximately 53,000 square feet of warehouse and service facilities on a large-scale pipe storage and distribution yard. The property is 100% leased to American Piping Products,. Apricus acquired the property in partnership with ABR Capital Partners.
- Welcome Group promoted Ted Kakambouras to Senior Director of Acquisitions. Kakambouras joined Welcome Group in 2020 and has played a key role in expanding the company’s presence throughout the Southeast. Welcome Group also promoted Ryan Wasaff to Senior Director of Leasing and Development, Greater Houston. Wasaff joined Welcome Group in September 2001 and has spent nearly 25 years helping drive the growth and performance of the company’s Houston portfolio.
