  • Parker Duffie has been promoted to Managing Director for CBRE’s Houston office, effective January 1, 2026. In this role, Parker will oversee the office, industrial and healthcare leasing business. Duffie brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role. Most recently, he served as a CBRE office investor leasing broker in Houston, where he was responsible for leasing over 8.5 million square feet across 30 buildings during his career.
  • HPI launched its Dallas Tenant Advisory Group, marking a strategic expansion of the firm’s platform. The new group will be led by Robbie Baty, a 20-year commercial real estate veteran with experience representing tenants. Most recently, he served as a Vice Chairman and Dallas Office Tenant Representation Leader at Cushman & Wakefield, where he drove more than 2.5x revenue growth.
  • MYCON General Contractors announced the promotion of Sterling Tuley from Project Director to Project Executive. Since joining MYCON in 2016, Tuley has played a critical role in the company’s growth, particularly within its Special Projects division. In his new role as Project Executive, he will continue to lead the strategic expansion of MYCON’s retail and grocery remodel operations.
  • Lone Star PACE facilitated a $23.5 million C-PACE transaction for Jefferson Ownsby, a new multifamily development coming to 317 E. Ownsby Parkway in Celina. The project is being developed by JPI, one of the nation’s largest multifamily developers, with C-PACE funding provided by PACE Equity. C-PACE financing will fund a suite of energy- and water-saving improvements, including high-efficiency windows and enhanced insulation for walls and roofs.
