  • Karen Bryant has joined Stream Realty Partners as Senior Vice President of Healthcare, based in Stream’s San Antonio office. In her new role, Bryant will focus on healthcare tenant representation and identifying acquisition, development, and growth opportunities across Texas. Prior to joining Stream, Bryant served as Group Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for CHRISTUS Health.
  • Axis Partners and Sweetwater Holdings announced the $111 million sale of an 85-acre portfolio comprised of 22 industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”) facilities located primarily throughout the Sunbelt region of the U.S. The Texas facilities sold for $33 million. The portfolio was sold to Realterm. An Eastdil Secured team led by Nick Murphy arranged the sale on behalf of Axis.
  • Premier, a Dallas-based firm providing architecture, interior design, procurement, project management, and corporate engineering services to the real estate industry, promoted Johannes Michalsky to Chief Executive Officer. Michalsky brings more than 12 years of leadership experience at Premier to the position. Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer.
  • Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 121-room Residence Inn hotel property in Texarkana, Texas.  Chris Gomes, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Dallas-based hotel owning company, and procured the buyer, an affiliate of Daugherty Property Group. The transaction received additional support from Skyler Cooper and Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
  • SRS Real Estate Partners completed the $13.75 million sale of a Crunch Fitness property in Rowlett. SRS Capital Markets’ Senior Managing Principals Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther represented both the seller, a multi-state developer, and the buyer, a publicly traded REIT.
