  • Mac Morse, partner at Citadel Partners in Dallas, earned the SIOR office designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS. Morse specializes in tenant representation, acquisition/disposition assignments and lease and purchase negotiations.  
  • CBRE added Ryan Kasten as the Market Leader and Senior Managing Director for Austin, San Antonio and El Paso, Texas. Kasten will be based in the firm’s Austin office. In his role, Kasten will oversee the market’s business operations and drive their growth strategies for all Advisory Service lines, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation and property management. With nearly 20 years in commercial real estate, Kasten most recently served as Partner and Managing Director for Partners Real Estate.
  • Transwestern Real Estate Services appointed Clint Bawcom as Executive Managing Director, Houston Market Leader. Bawcom will oversee the firm’s Houston operations. Kevin Roberts, a 36-year veteran of Transwestern who has served as Houston’s market leader for 15 years, will transition to the role of Executive Vice President of Strategic Client Relationships, focusing on transformation initiatives that enhance client service, new business development, portfolio and account management, and mergers and acquisitions.  
  • MYCON General Contractors promoted Ivy Pennington to Senior Vice President of People and Culture. In this new executive leadership role, Pennington will lead company-wide strategies to strengthen organizational alignment, foster a high-performing culture, and guide change management. 
  • Three real estate industry veterans announce the formation of Eider Creek, a new Dallas-based industrial real estate firm. Eider Creek will comprise Randy Baird, Ben Doherty, and Brice Hafner. The creation of Eider Creek includes two complementary businesses — Eider Creek Development and Eider Creek Partners — and is focused on ground-up development and targeted acquisitions across key U.S. logistics markets.
