  • Stephanie Pons Reece has joined Gensler as the Regional Healthcare Practice Leader, based in Houston. She will be covering offices in Houston, Dallas, Nashville, Austin, Kansas City, and San Antonio. Reece brings expertise in healthcare strategy, operations, and design, focusing on building strong partnerships with local health systems and academic medical centers. Previously, Stephanie worked at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital . 
  • Blue Crane, LLC is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development to lead transformative mixed-use and multifamily projects in the Northwest Arkansas region. This executive will oversee the full development lifecycle – from concept through construction and in partnership with our operations teams and partners – while playing a central role in shaping the future of a growing and vibrant community. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in placemaking and master-planned developments, with a proven track record in multifamily and mixed-use projects.   • Westmount Realty Capital announced the sale of a multifamily asset in San Antonio’s East submarket. Westmount at Houston Street is a 200-unit, townhome-style multifamily community located at 4611 E. Houston Street. 
  • Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) hired Amber Autumn as Director of Business Development for Central Texas in its Austin office. A business development and commercial construction veteran, Amber brings more than 26 years of diverse experience in the built environment. In her role, Amber will lead the development and execution of growth strategies to expand AP’s footprint across Central Texas.
  • Northmarq’s Dallas Multifamily Investment Sales team, led by Taylor SnoddyEric Stockley and Charles Hubbard, brokered the sale of the 248-unit Shiloh Oaks apartments in Garland, Texas. Northmarq represented the seller and facilitated the sale to Rise48 Equity. Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team of Kevin Leamy and Lauren Bresky secured acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
  • Parkhill, an architecture and engineering firm based in the Southwest, announces the opening of a regional hub in the center of Downtown Fort Worth at Frost Tower, located at 640 Taylor Street. The new office, in the 1900 suite of the 25-story Class A tower, is in the heart of Fort Worth, where the firm feels it can continue its mission of building community in Tarrant County.
