  • Cushman & Wakefield announced that Eric Siegrist, Amanda Nebel and JP Hutcheson have joined the Houston Office Agency Leasing team. Siegrist joins as Executive Managing Director, while Nebel and Hutcheson join as Executive Directors. Siegrist, Nebel and Hutcheson join Cushman & Wakefield from Parkway Properties. Siegrist, Nebel and Hutcheson have expertise in mixed-use projects, trophy assets, new developments, redevelopment and multi-building projects. They have successfully transacted nearly 9 million square feet valued at $1.8 billion since 2017.
  • Stream Realty Partners promoted two leaders in its Dallas office. Ryan Boozer has been elevated to Vice Chairman & Partner, and Dan Harris has been named Vice Chairman & Managing Director. Boozer, who joined Stream in 2014, co-leads the firm’s Industrial division in Dallas-Fort Worth and is responsible for all aspects of industrial tenant representation. Harris joined Stream in 2019 and co-leads the Office Tenant Representation division in Dallas-Fort Worth. In 2024 alone, he led three of the largest office transactions in the Dallas market.
  • Pfluger Architects adds global human resources leader Dina Mavridis as Director of People and Culture. She brings over 15 years of experience to this role. Previously, as global director of human resources at Austin-based Velocity Electronics Corp., she helped grow operations from a single location to over 20 global locations.
  • Matthews Capital Markets (MCM), secured a $15.5 million loan for the refinance of townhomes located in Taylor, TX. Matthews’ Clark Finney and Mark Johnson handled the loan transaction. The loan was secured for the refinance of a built-to-rent (BTR) lease-up project. The transaction featured a bridge loan structure that paid off the existing construction loan and generated additional cash-out proceeds through a creative refinancing of free-and-clear land owned by the borrower.
