  • Stream Realty Partners announces the promotion of Dylan Munoz and John Rogers to Executive Managing Director and Partner roles within its Investment Management team. Munoz, who joined Stream in 2018 as an Associate, has steadily risen through the ranks to become a pivotal figure in the Investment Management platform. Rogers, one of the original members of Stream’s Investment Management team, has been an influential and driving force behind the team’s growth and achievements since joining the firm in 2016.
  • Additionally, Stream announces the hiring of Chris Sido as Executive Vice President of Tenant Representation. Based in Dallas, Sido will be responsible for office tenant representation and transaction management as well as new client and business pursuits in the market and nationwide.  Sido joins Stream from CBRE, where he served as Senior Vice President since 2014.
  • TDI announced that Brent Ball has become the President and Partner. Ball will lead efforts to maximize the value of TDI’s existing portfolio, expand focus on attainable housing geared for educators, first responders, and other essential workers, and provide third-party capital through preferred equity and tax-exempt bond investments. He served at Trammell Crow Company, CBRE’s development subsidiary, where he established an asset management function overseeing a $5.5 billion multifamily portfolio of developed and committed pipeline assets. 
  • Kennedy Wilson has closed a senior construction loan for the development of Aspire A&M, an 873-bed high-rise student housing community located in College Station, Texas. The project is a joint venture between The Dinerstein Companies, Up Campus Student Living, and Harrison Street. Aspire A&M will feature a 19-story structure encompassing 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 718 garage parking spaces, and a comprehensive amenity package including two rooftop pools, fitness facilities, study rooms, a theater, and a game lounge.
  • A RentCafe survey reported Dallas ranks 2nd nationwide for build-to-rent construction, a slight decrease compared to the year before, but still its second-best year in a decade. Build-to-rent homes had their most successful year on record: A total of 27,500 houses for rent were completed in 2023 — 75% more than a year prior.
