Texas Brokerage Whitebox Real Estate Expands to DC  

Whitebox Real Estate, a brokerage company based in Texas, has expanded its operations into Washington, DC., with a new office in the East End submarket.  

Located at 1200 G Street Northwest, “This new office is a step towards our goal of establishing operations in seven markets over the next seven years, says Grant Pruitt, president of Whitebox Real Estate. “DC is a natural progression from Texas because it’s a strong East Coast market and a hub with many diverse industries.” 

Whitebox, specializing in tenant representation, will focus on serving industrial and office clients in the area. Ben Crancer will be leading the new office. Crancer previously served as an associate vice president for Whitebox in Dallas.
