Texas A&M to Get 750-Bed Student Housing Property
Parallel is developing a 750-bed student housing project on the campus of Texas A&M, in College Station, Texas. Scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024, the community will comprise a 10-story building with fully equipped studios, one and two-bedroom floor plans. Common areas will include a gaming lounge, a mini-market, pool, fitness room and sky lounge.
The community will be within a mile of the university campus, Kyle Field and the Student Recreation Center. Target and H-E-B grocery store are less than three miles away.
This project will add on to the already 30,000 bedrooms serving the A&M students, in 36 separate properties. Parallel is working on another nearby project, this one with 802 beds. It’ll be ready before the 2023 fall semester begins.
