Tesla has signed a 927,000-square-foot lease at the Matrix Logistics Center in Newburgh, NY. Tesla will utilize the space as an automotive parts distribution facility from October.  

Located at 1396 Route 300, the center’s strategic proximity to New England and the Mid-Atlantic corridor, along with access to major highways, influenced Tesla’s decision.  

“Matrix Logistics Center capitalizes on the micro asset of extremely convenient access to highways and the macro asset of reach within the broader Northeast context,” said Alec Taylor, Matrix Development Group Partner. “Matrix has had great success in the region over the last decade, and we will continue our expansion within Orange Country.
