Terrain Bio Inks Headquarters Lease in Cambridge Innovation Corridor

Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc. announced that Terrain Bio, a pioneering biotech company combining AI, automated cell biology and large-scale biobanks to transform drug discovery, has signed a lease for its new headquarters at GENESIS 640 Memorial Drive, a life science development located in Cambridge’s innovation corridor. Lease terms were not disclosed. The lease follows the successful delivery of the final move-in-ready lab suites at GENESIS 640 Memorial Drive.

“Terrain Bio represents the kind of pioneering science that thrives in the Cambridge ecosystem,” said Morgan Weinstein, VP at Phase 3 Real Estate Partners. “Their decision to establish their headquarters at GENESIS 640 Memorial Drive reinforces not only the vitality of this market but also our broader commitment to delivering flexible, high-performance lab space across the GENESIS portfolio.”
