TerraCRG Puts Gowanus Development Site Under Contract

TerraCRG has put 341 Nevins St., a corner development site in Brooklyn’s Gowanus neighborhood, into contract. Partners Dan Marks and Daniel Lebor are marketing the property alongside senior associates Jackson O’Neill and Andrew Manasia.

“We are proud to announce that 341 Nevins St. is now in contract,” said Marks. “There are only four streets that cross the Gowanus Canal, connecting Park Slope and Carroll Gardens. 341 Nevins is on the corner of one of these, Carroll Street, making this a unique site for residential, retail and/or office development. We will share further details of the deal once the transaction closes.”

As part of the Gowanus rezoning, the 4,100-square-foot corner lot is zoned to allow a maximum  floor area ratio of 3.6, for a total of 14,760 buildable square feet.
