TerraCRG is marketing an apartment portfolio along Wyckoff Avenue, the main corridor in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood

TerraCRG Markets Bushwick Multifamily Portfolio

TerraCRG has been retained to sell 287-295 Wyckoff Ave., a portfolio with three free-market mixed-use buildings and one rent-stabilized multifamily building in Brooklyn’s Bushwick neighborhood. Partner Matthew Cosentino is marketing the property alongside senior associates Rémi Norris and Isaiah Thomas.

The Wyckoff Portfolio offers an opportunity to purchase approximately 17,000 above-grade square feet of real estate, four contiguous buildings, 22 total units and 4,700 additional buildable square feet along Wyckoff Avenue, which has emerged as Bushwick’s primary corridor in recent years.

“There is significant upside in the existing rents as many of the current leases were signed during the height of COVID and as these leases burn off, the rent roll will continue to grow without the need for additional capital expenditures,” said Cosentino.
