TerraCRG Lists Mixed-Use Corner Building in Stuyvesant Heights

TerraCRG has been retained to sell 616 Halsey St., a mixed-use corner building in the Stuyvesant Heights section of Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Partner Matt Cosentino is marketing the property alongside senior associate Remi Norris and associate Ronny Zimin.

Situated on the corner of Halsey Street and Malcolm X Blvd, the four-story building consists of six large box-style apartments and two retail stores. Five of the six residential units are free market and recently underwent condo-quality renovations.

“This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a tax-class protected building with free market residential units and two proven retail tenants in an area that will continue to experience strong rent growth,” said Cosentino. “The property’s location at the intersection of Malcolm X Boulevard and Halsey Street is one of the most sought after in Bed-Stuy.”
