TerraCRG Lists Midwood Portfolio of Elevator Buildings

TerraCRG has been retained to market a portfolio of four elevator multifamily buildings in Brooklyn’s Midwood neighborhood, comprising 246 fully rent-stabilized units. An asking price wasn’t disclosed. The firm’s Ofer Cohen, Matthew Cosentino, Daniel Lebor and Isaiah Thomas are handling the assignment.

“The buildings are being offered for sale for the first time since they were built in the 1940s and have been kept in the same family ownership for over 70 years,“ said Cosentino. “The assets are all within a 1.5-mile radius surrounding Brooklyn College and the popular Triangle Junction shopping center.”

The largest of the properties is the 97-unit 3111 Aurelia Ct. (pictured), located adjacent to the Triangle Junction shopping center.

“We anticipate a strong reception of these assets in the market,” said Cohen. “Investors are continuing to seek large assets in Brooklyn which is a testament to the resilience of the investment sales market here.”
