TerraCRG Finalizes Greenwood Heights Portfolio Deal
TerraCRG has closed on the sale of a mixed-use portfolio in Brooklyn’s Greenwood Heights neighborhood totaling $8.6 million. The portfolio includes several industrial properties and a three-story multifamily building. Dan Marks, Daniel Lebor, Matt Cosentino, and Adam Tannenbaum of TerraCRG represented the seller, a longtime Brooklyn owner.
“These closings demonstrate the strength of our team to market and close on properties across a variety of asset classes, and our firm’s comprehensive knowledge of the Brooklyn commercial real estate market helped facilitate a smooth transaction for both the buyer and seller,” said Marks.
The industrial properties comprise four parcels located at 750-758 4th Ave. and 240 24th St., totaling 25,540 gross square feet. The multifamily building is located at 246 24th St. and includes two residential units for a total of 2,625 gross square feet. HL Dynasty Real Estate Corp. represented the buyer.
