TerraCap Management has secured two new leases and two lease renewals at its Huntcrest, a 394,247-square-foot, four-building, master-planned office complex in Lawrenceville, GA.

Hunter Henritze, Matt Fergus and Seabie Hickson of Lincoln Property Company Southeast represented building owner and commercial real estate investment manager TerraCap Management in the transactions:

  • Black Book renewed its lease for over 15,500 square feet of space at Huntcrest II. Sam Hollis of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
  • Cadence Bank signed a 3,800-square-foot lease at Huntcrest I. Matt Barnes of Savills represented the tenant.
