Terra Mediterrania Signs New Lease in Chelsea 

Terra Mediterrania has signed a 4,167 square feet lease at 124 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea with HUBB NYC. The brand signed a long-term lease to occupy the entire building. Terra is an efficient service restaurant (ESR) offering Mediterranean flavors.  

The lease transaction was facilitated by Newmark with a team led by Ariel Schuster, Ross Berkowitz and Darrell Rubens.
