
Terra Equity Group Lands Two Orlando Multifamily Communities for $91M
KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured a $70-million interim loan facility in support of the acquisition and renovation of a two-multifamily portfolio in Orlando, FL by Terra Equity Group. The total acquisition cost of the properties was $91.1 million ($169,000 per unit).
Alan Isenstadt of KeyBank Real Estate Capital structured the interest-only loan with a three-year term with the possibility of a one-year extension.
Park at Collington and the Park at Highgate are 1990s-vintage garden-style multifamily properties that together comprise 536 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities include swimming pools, laundry facilities, and balconies/patios.
