Teremana Tequila Inks New Nomad Office

The Moinian Group has signed a 4,500-square-foot, 5-year lease with Siete Bucks Spirits, the producer of Teremana Tequila, founded by Dwayne Johnson, at 245 Fifth Avenue in Nomad. Teremana will use the space for its U.S. office operations.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Ron LoRusso, Pierce Hance, Harley Dalton and Peter Kerans represented the landlord in the transaction. Yossi Capland of Compass represented the tenant.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Teremana to the robust and varied roster of businesses at 245 Fifth Avenue as we continue expanding upon the facets of business operating across the property,” said Omar Sozkesen, vice president of Commercial Leasing at The Moinian Group. “The building’s unparalleled location and amenity offerings continue to attract best-in-class tenants that are seeking newly built, high-end and turnkey spaces.”
