Teremana Tequila Inks New Nomad Office
The Moinian Group has signed a 4,500-square-foot, 5-year lease with Siete Bucks Spirits, the producer of Teremana Tequila, founded by Dwayne Johnson, at 245 Fifth Avenue in Nomad. Teremana will use the space for its U.S. office operations.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Ron LoRusso, Pierce Hance, Harley Dalton and Peter Kerans represented the landlord in the transaction. Yossi Capland of Compass represented the tenant.
