Teradyne Swaps Industrial Lab for Class A Office

Automatic test equipment designer and manufacturer Teradyne has leased a full floor of Class A office space at The Reserve at Deer Park, located at 21440 W. Lake Cook Rd. in Deer Park, IL. The company will occupy the entire sixth floor, totaling 42,696 of the building’s 351,425 square feet.

JLL EVP Doug Sheehan, SVP Rick Benoy and VP Julie Koelzer led the deal on behalf of ownership, a joint venture between Arzan Wealth and 90 North Real Estate Partners. CBRE SVPs James Otto and Sam Badger represented Teradyne.

Teradyne plans to move into The Reserve at Deer Park in June 2022. Its office layout will include a portion of unique lab components required for the company’s line of work, in addition to office space. This represents an upgrade from its previous location at a traditional industrial lab building in Buffalo Grove, IL.
