Tenerity Relocating to Norwalk with 27K-SF Lease 

Clarion Partners LLC and Marcus Partners have announced three new tenants at Merritt 7 Park in Norwalk, Connecticut. 

Customer engagement and marketing firm Tenerity Inc. is relocating from Stamford and has leased 27,211 square feet on the 5th floor of Building 401. Financial services firm RiskBridge Advisors LLC has leased a 2,123-square-foot pre-built penthouse unit in the same building, and Capital Crossing has leased 2,575 square feet in Building 101.  

Merritt 7 has been undergoing upgrades, including new amenity spaces, outdoor plazas, and wellness-focused areas. The park has over 60,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space and more than 10,000 square feet of flexible indoor work and meeting space.
