Larry Zuckerman Avison Young New York Tri-State

Tenant-Rep Veteran Larry Zuckerman Joins Avison Young

Avison Young has hired Larry Zuckerman as principal in the New York City office. He brings nearly 40 years’ commercial real estate experience and leadership to the firm and specializes in delivering value and expertise to office tenants in New York and across the Tri-State area. 

“Larry is a highly regarded professional in the New York market and his tenant expertise will elevate our overall office brokerage strength, providing higher levels of customized and strategic solutions for our clients,” said Mitti  Liebersohn, managing director of Avison Young’s New York City Operations.   

An active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Zuckerman brings extensive experience in tenant representation to Avison Young, including a heavy concentration with private equity, foreign banks and insurance clientele. He is a fourth-generation native New Yorker and a former trustee of the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, where he remains actively involved.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
